The staff are helpful in their respective fields but I'm constantly getting scheduling issues on their part, I still haven't been scheduled for one of the groups I need even though I've had several appointments there with various staff members. I don't hate it but it could be managed more efficiently.

The people that work here are amazing. Lisa in housing goes above and beyond her job and makes you not only comfortable but makes you feel that she is there for you for anything. Lisa is outstanding and I respect her immensely.

My name is Ed and I am in the M.A.T program at BCC I love Dr Nataji, Iris and Mrs. Jodie on the medical side so much these ladies have helped me so much on my journey of recovery they truly care!!!!!!! I can say honestly that without them I would not be where I am today coming up on a year in recovery. Also cant forget all the great counselors like Allie and David Y. I have been blessed to have these ppl in my life. If anyone ever needed a recommendation of where to go and get help for drug or alcohol abuse I would most definitely send them to BCC

So far great service and very helpful staff. But the person I was seeing for my daughter left and they wouldn't help find someone else to take our case

They have to many rules that don't make sense. Like if you in hospital they cancel all your appointments till you see there nurse

Pretty good clinical they do their check ups there and it's very clean staff is friendly. The wait is a little brutal they must find a quicker way to see their client's.
